Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching or education? Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools across Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education, child development, and making a positive impact on young learners.

The Role
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils who may require additional assistance
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Encouraging and motivating pupils to reach their full potential
The Ideal Candidate
  • A recent graduate (all degree disciplines welcome, although Education, Psychology, or English are desirable)
  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their education
  • Confident, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential
