Location: Newham, East London

Full Time | Monday - Friday | Full Academic Year (Until July 2026)

Are you a recent graduate with aspirations of becoming a primary school teacher? Are you looking to gain meaningful classroom experience before starting your teacher training?

An exceptional primary school in Newham, East London, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team from September 2025 through to July 2026.

About the Role:

Full-time position (Monday to Friday)

Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff

Providing 1:1 and group interventions

Gaining valuable experience ahead of a PGCE or teacher training course

This Role is Perfect for you if you:

Are a recent graduate (any discipline considered, education-related subjects advantageous)

Have recent paid or voluntary experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, summer camps, classroom assistance)
