Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant - Primary

Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

Pay rate: £75 - £100 per day

The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support classroom activities and help students achieve their academic potential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help with their learning.

• Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn from experienced educators.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
