Graduate Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students' learning experiences across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one and small-group academic support.
Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom activities.
Supporting positive classroom management and fostering an engaging learning space.
Preparing learning materials and resources.
Assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure inclusivity.
Participating in extracurricular activities to enrich student engagement.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted academic assistance tailored to individual student needs.
Support students with homework, revision, and exam preparation.
Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Promote a positive learning attitude and motivation among students.
Develop engaging and interactive learning resources.
Encourage effective study habits and time management skills.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in a core subject.
