Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates interested in working with children to gain classroom experience. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you will contribute to the education and development of students in a school environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help with administrative tasks and resource preparation
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs (ALN)
• Contribute to lesson planning and delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (recent graduates welcome)
• Experience working with children or young adults (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring) preferred but not essential
• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
