Qualifications

• Requires an honours degree (SCQF Level 10) or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification or working towards one.
• Specialist theoretical and practical knowledge of the required subject.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, organisation and delivery of undergraduate teaching.
• Deliver a range of teaching and assessment activities for undergraduates.
• Assist with course administration, marking, assessment and timely feedback.
• Develop teaching materials ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
• Utilise learning technologies (e.g., Moodle) to support delivery and assessment.
• Apply specialist knowledge to meet diverse learner needs and promote participation.
• Participate in the full assessment process and provide timely feedback to students.
• Assist with supervision of student projects and dissertations.
• Engage in continuing professional development and other duties as required.
