The Role
You’ll join a supportive KS2 team, working with pupils in Years 3 to 6 to deliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracy. Your focus will be on helping children close learning gaps, improve confidence, and stay on track for age-related expectations. You’ll also assist teachers with classroom tasks, behaviour support, and adapting resources to suit different learning styles.
The Candidate
You’re a graduate who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in the classroom. You’re patient, reliable, and confident delivering short activities or reinforcing lesson content. Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering with children is a bonus, especially in primary settings. This role is ideal if you’re planning to apply for teacher training, an educational psychology course, or further work in schools.
