Graduate Teaching Assistant - Leeds

Milk Education is working with a network of Primary Schools across Leeds that are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join their teams as Graduate Teaching Assistants.

This is the perfect opportunity if you're considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or any role within the education sector. You'll gain invaluable experience in a supportive environment while making a real impact on students' academic and personal development.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to boost academic progress

Assisting classroom teachers with planning and delivering lessons

Providing pastoral care and encouraging positive behaviour

Running tailored intervention sessions to help pupils meet their learning goals

Gaining classroom management experience by covering lessons

Supporting students with additional needs, including autism and learning challenges

A 2:2 degree or above in any subject
