Our network of outstanding secondary schools in Derbyshire are searching for dedicated and passionate graduate Teaching Assistants to support students in KS3 & KS4. If you're eager to make a positive impact on young minds, we invite you to apply.
The Opportunity:
Location: Chesterfield and surrounding areas
School Type: Secondary Schools
Pay: Starting at £90 day per, term-time only (8.30am - 3.30pm)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday or Part-time flexible days throughout the week.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be considered, you must:
Hold a degree with a minimum classification of 2:2
Be driven by a passion for working with students and influencing their lives positively
Possess a deep love for your subject matter (English, Maths, Science, Sport etc)
Radiate enthusiasm, friendliness, and approachability
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Approach the classroom with creativity and self-reflection
Build robust, supportive relationships with students of diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting students in a classroom environment
Leading small groups and providing one-on-one support outside the classroom
Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance the educational experience
