Job summary

Remedy Education in Harlow is seeking energetic and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistants to support learners across primary, secondary and SEN settings. You will work with both classes and individuals, helping to aid understanding and acting as a bridge between teachers and students.

You will form meaningful relationships, be confident in behaviour management and de-escalation, and enjoy the flexibility to choose when you work. A supportive team of consultants will back you at every step.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree and an interest in supporting learners.
• Strong ability to form relationships with students and staff.

Location: Harlow, Essex

Remedy are looking for Graduates that are due to finish University and are looking for work experience in secondary/primary/SEN schools. Our Graduate Teaching Assistants come from a variety of degrees, including: Childhood Studies; Education Studies; Children, Young People and Families; Psychology; and Sport. This is because Graduate Teaching Assistants can have a range of personalities and strengths that can be very useful in this area. In this role you will work both with classes and individuals, supporting teaching in secondary classrooms. Helping to aid student understanding, you will be a valuable link between the teacher and students that may be struggling, making a real difference in the school experience of everyone involved. Further to all this, you get to choose where and when you accept assignments.
