A Special Needs School for children with disabilities is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate to join as an SEN Teaching Assistant, either immediately or in September. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain experience working with children facing learning difficulties and mental health challenges.

You will support children aged 3 to 16 with various SEN, including Autism, ADHD, communication challenges, learning difficulties, challenging behavior, and physical disabilities. This experience will help you understand and cater to individual needs, tailoring your approach accordingly.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both emotionally and academically. Your responsibilities include assisting with core subjects like Maths and English and teaching vital life skills such as social interaction, interpersonal skills, and independence.
