Job Description:

Prospero Teaching is seeking graduates with a keen interest in education to join a secondary school in North London as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidates will have excelled in Maths or English at GCSE and A-level, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to supporting students' learning.

This role involves working with students aged 11–16, supporting class teachers, building rapport with students with specific needs, running intervention sessions, and supporting your subject specialism through 1:1 tuition.

You will receive training, guidance, and support from experienced teachers and our Training and Development Team, along with free CPD sessions. The school will provide resources, behaviour management training, and other support strategies.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with a weekly pay of £90–£100, and may lead to a permanent position. You will also have opportunities for professional development and training in safeguarding and behaviour management.
