Graduate Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools - Wirral

• Graduate Cover Supervisor
• Graduate Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

• Graduate Cover Supervisor: Manage classrooms in the absence of the subject teacher. Deliver pre-prepared work and ensure pupils stay on task. Develop strong behaviour management skills. Provide feedback to the Cover Manager at the end of the day.
• Graduate Teaching Assistant: Work 1:1 or with small groups of students. Support pupils with SEND or those needing catch-up support. Assist subject teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Gain first-hand experience of secondary school teaching.
