Protocol Education are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for long-term work in primary schools in the Borough of Haringey. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of classroom environments across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you have the flexibility to choose where you work. We take your preferences into consideration. This is a fantastic opportunity to help you positively develop and enhance your skills as Teaching Assistant. Pay starts from £90 per day.

The successful candidate will be required to:

1. Have a UK undergraduate degree
2. Have experience working with young children
3. Be available for work 5 days per week
4. Assess the individual learning needs of pupils
5. Positively manage challenging behaviour
6. Liaise with parents, carers and other professionals who work with the children
7. Supervise activities
8. Work with teachers to find bespoke and individualised child centred education to help engage the children
9. Work with children in small groups and on a one to one basis
