Job summary

Qualifications

  • Confidence working with secondary-aged pupils.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 on a one-to-one, small-group and classroom basis.
  • Work alongside class teachers to support learning and engagement.
  • Help deliver catch-up and intervention sessions, particularly within Maths, English or Science.
  • Support students with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs.
  • Help to manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and independence.
  • Provide general classroom and pastoral support where required.

We're currently recruiting for Graduate Teaching Assistants in Wythenshawe to support welcoming secondary schools on a full-time or part-time basis. Your Main Responsibilities
