About the Graduate Teaching Assistant role
* Assist with young people’s learning across the national curriculum in core subjects such as Maths and English, as well as foundation subjects like PE and Music.
* A perfect stepping stone for individuals aspiring to become qualified teachers.
What we need from you
* A recent graduate with 2:2 or above.
* Experience working with children – for example tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, assisting in a nursery, or similar classroom experience.
* Confident to communicate with parents, students, and members of the public.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
* Resilient and confident to work with challenging behaviour.
