Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education? A welcoming and high-performing secondary school in Bramhall is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering lessons across a variety of subjects

Work with students 1:1 and in small groups, particularly those needing additional help

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Prepare resources and contribute to creating an engaging learning environment

Monitor student progress and collaborate with teaching and support staff

Ideal Candidate:

A degree in any subject (English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities – all welcome)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Any experience working with children or young people is a bonus but not essential
