Job summary

Milk Education in Salford is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join as SEND Graduate Teaching Assistants, supporting pupils with SEND across a range of schools. The role delivers tailored learning and supports teachers.

You will work closely with SEND professionals, develop intervention sessions, and help pupils build confidence, independence and wellbeing. Immediate and September starts available, with term-time only contracts.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Criminology, Sociology, Sports Science, Health & Social Care, or another relevant subject.
• Have experience working or volunteering with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
• Are patient, resilient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting young people.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or SEND.

• Work closely with teachers and SEND professionals to deliver tailored learning and intervention sessions.
