Job summary

Prospero Teaching is offering a Graduate Teacher Training Programme for recent graduates at a non-selective secondary school in St Albans, with a September 2026 start.

The programme provides classroom experience, 1:1 and small-group support, and opportunities to shadow and lead classes under supervision, with mentors and SENCO support.

Salary is 105–115 per day, Monday to Friday, and candidates must hold a 2:2 degree or higher, have a current DBS, and be prepared for references checks.

• Demonstrate your potential and gain valuable classroom experience, with the school willing to support you towards teacher training
