The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support an experienced class teacher, run small group activities, deliver literacy and numeracy interventions, and support children with reading. Your contributions will help raise attainment and prepare children for their exams.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate considering a career in teaching. We seek a creative, caring, proactive individual passionate about working with children. Excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience with children is beneficial but not required.
