KPI Education is working exclusively with a top-graded secondary school in Acton, Ealing, to recruit high-calibre graduates for a full-time Teaching Assistant role starting in September 2025.
This school is part of a prestigious Multi-Academy Trust and is known for its exceptional student outcomes, inclusive ethos, and robust teacher training pathway.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with subject teachers to support pupils across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Sciences, and Humanities. Your duties will include:
Delivering targeted academic interventions in 1:1 and small-group formats
Assisting in lesson preparation and in-class support
Helping with behaviour management and classroom organisation
Contributing to extra-curricular clubs and pastoral initiatives
Preparing for a future in teaching by learning from some of London’s best educators
A competitive salary of £28,000–£30,000
