The Role:

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
Location: Waltham Forest, East London.
Start Date: Immediate.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional help, and assist children with SEN and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in KS1 and KS2.
2. Assist in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
3. Support children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
4. Help with behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
5. Gain experience with classroom strategies and interventions used to support different learning needs.

1. A Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or related graduate.
