KPI Education is working with a highly regarded secondary school in Liverpool to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from October 2026.
From your first day, you'll be encouraged to become an active and valued member of the school community.
Your day could involve supporting lessons within your specialist subject before working with a small group of pupils who need additional academic guidance. You may then help deliver a GCSE revision session, provide 1:1 support, or work alongside students with additional learning needs.
You'll also have opportunities to assist with creating learning resources, tracking pupil progress, supporting enrichment activities, and contributing to revision and wider school programmes.
As you become more confident, you'll be encouraged to take on additional responsibility, allowing you to build a realistic understanding of classroom life and develop the practical skills required to become an effective teacher.
The school is keen to hear from bright, motivated, and confident graduates who have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.
Applications are welcomed from a broad range of degree backgrounds, particularly graduates with qualifications in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, Psychology, or related subjects.
