Graduate Teaching Assistant - Leicester

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Leicester
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate looking to gain valuable experience in an educational setting.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to support their learning and development across various subjects. You will assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional help.

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teaching and manage group activities.
Assist with planning and preparing learning materials.
Provide individual and small group support to students.
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Support students with additional learning needs where required.
Liaise with teachers to monitor student progress and assist with assessments.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree (of any kind) - candidates must either be nearing completion of their degree or have already graduated.
Ideally, prior experience working with children or in an educational environment (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or volunteer roles).
A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and adaptable attitude.
