Job description
Overview

Vision for Education are seeking enthusiastic under/postgraduates, who are looking to gain experience within a primary or SEND education setting. You do not need school-based experience, just a positive attitude towards working with young people. We will even provide you with relevant training to give you the confidence needed to hit the ground running. Each year we help many individuals who are looking to gain paid experience before embarking on their PGCE/teacher training or are just looking to do something that they love, alongside their studies.

Graduate Teaching Assistants

Location: Leeds

Hours: Flexi Work / Part Time / Full Time

Salary: £88.92 - £95 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Be reliable, flexible and creative!
  • Have a resilient yet empathetic approach to behavioural needs
  • Available ideally at least 2/3 days per week for either day to day or long-term bookings
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team, have a nurturing and caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference
  • An in-date DBS registered to the update service is advantageous we can help you obtain one if you don t have one
  • Own vehicle or close public transport links are highly desirable
