A leading education provider is recruiting for Teaching Assistants in Halesowen to support Secondary Schools. The role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available. Ideal candidates should possess a good work ethic, be calm and flexible, and ideally have experience working with SEN children. No prior teaching experience is required, and assistance with DBS checks will be provided.

Do you have experience within a role that holds transferable skills, such as care assistant, support worker, residential care, sports coach, psychology grad etc?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant with these skillsets to support our Secondary Schools in or near Halesowen!

We are looking for full-time and part-time staff to support across a range of needs and age groups.

NO Teaching Assistant EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good work ethic
  • A calm nature
  • Be happy to use own initiative and get involved
  • Be able to be flexible
  • Be kind and caring towards children of all needs and abilities
  • Be happy to take on coaching and training
  • Have previous experience working with SEN children (not essential but preferred!)
  • Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
