Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £95-£105 per day

Aspire People are excited to be working with a well-regarded primary school in Coalville, who are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start a rewarding career in education, supporting the learning and development of primary school children.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to the class teacher, assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.

Support children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, focusing on their individual learning needs.

Encourage and support pupils' social and emotional development, helping them grow both academically and personally.

Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Monitor and record children's progress and provide constructive feedback.

Assist in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of a 2:1 UK degree in any subject (essential).

Previous experience working with children (essential). This could include tutoring, teaching assistant roles, or other child-related work.

A passion for education and working with young learners.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children.

The desire to pursue a career in education, with the potential to train as a teacher in the future.

Additional Information:
Full-time position starting in September 2025.

Competitive daily rate of £95-£105, depending on experience.
