What You\'ll Be Doing

• Supporting KS3 and KS4 students across a variety of subjects
• Providing targeted academic and emotional support
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
• Assisting with in-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 support
• Contributing to classroom behaviour management and positive engagement
• Helping students build self-esteem, independence, and study skills

Ideal Candidate

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above (all subjects considered)
• Passionate about education, inclusion, and student wellbeing
• Some experience working with young people (formal or informal) preferred
• Ambitious, empathetic, and confident in the classroom
• Looking to build experience ahead of a PGCE, Ed Psych MA, or similar path
• Able to commit full-time through to July 2026
