The Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost literacy, numeracy, and confidence
• Assisting with lesson preparation and resource creation
• Supporting classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
• Helping nurture pupils' emotional well‑being and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment

About You

• You hold (or are about to complete) a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or a related field or a none education based degree with experience working with children.
• You're eager, reliable, and dedicated to improving lives through education
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with initiative, adaptable to varied classroom needs
• Ideally, you've worked with children-whether through volunteering, paid roles, tutoring, or during your degree.
