Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates for learning support roles starting in September 2025. We are looking to appoint passionate and knowledgeable psychology graduates to work within our excellent client schools in and around Bury, Greater Manchester.

Key Information:

  • Full-time Learning Support role to start in September 2025.

Role responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering one-to-one intervention programmes to students requiring additional support
  • Leading small group sessions to underachieving students
  • Assisting the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of lessons
  • Developing students’ confidence and love for learning
