Graduate Teaching Assistant - Birmingham
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with class teachers and TA's to support learning across Key Stage 3 & 4. You will assist in delivering engaging lessons, run small group interventions, and provide one-to-one support to students who have additional learning need including Autism, Asperger's and Down's Syndrome. This is a hands-on role where you will be able to build strong relationships professional with children and play a key part in their academic and personal development.
This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about education or Special Educational Needs and looking to gain school-based experience. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life are essential. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
