Graduate Teaching Assistant – Full-Time | Secondary School | September Start

Location: Croydon, South West London
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Salary: £500 - £600 per week
Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons in the subject that you love
Provide one-to-one and small group academic support
Build strong relationships with pupils to help them stay engaged and on track with their learning
Coach and mentor students, helping with behaviour management and classroom organisation
Contribute your unique qualities and interests in extra-curricular activities

To succeed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you should have:

An undergraduate degree (2:1 or higher) in any subject area

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and supportive attitude
