What You'll Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant - Graduate Teaching Assistant

As part of the teaching support team, you’ll:

• Assist teaching staff in Reception, KS1, or KS2 classrooms
• Provide small group or 1:1 academic support in core subjects
• Deliver targeted interventions in reading, writing, maths, or phonics
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEND) or social/emotional needs (SEMH)
• Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

You’ll be mentored by experienced educators and develop a strong foundation in classroom practice and behaviour management.

Who We're Looking For - Graduate Teaching Assistant

We welcome applications from graduates who: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Hold a 2:1 degree or above in any core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, etc.)
Are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to support young learners
Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
Have some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering – preferred but not essential)
