What Is the Future Teachers Programme?

Your Role: Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor in a Romsey secondary school, you will:

• Supervise students during lessons when the teacher is absent
• Ensure students are focused on the pre-set work
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Experience life in the classroom without planning or marking responsibilities
