Graduate Teacher Training Opportunity - Northampton

Location: Northampton
Start Date: October 2025
Contract: Full-Time Term-Time Only
Pay Rate: 95- 120 per day (dependent on experience)

We're working with secondary schools across Northampton that are offering Graduate Teacher Training pathways starting in October 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching journey with structured, supported experience in the classroom - ideal for those considering PGCE, SCITT, QTS, or apprenticeship routes.

About the Role

This is a full-time, paid role designed to give you the skills and experience needed for teacher training. You'll work closely with experienced educators, take on increasing classroom responsibilities, and develop your teaching toolkit in a real school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons under the guidance of teaching staff
  • Supporting students across a range of subjects and age groups
  • Providing 1:1 or small group intervention sessions
  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
