Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to support learning across primary, secondary and SEN settings in the UK. You will work with classes and individuals, helping to raise attainment and engagement while building strong relationships with students and teachers.

We welcome graduates from Childhood Studies, Education Studies, Psychology or related degrees who want flexible, rewarding experience and the chance to choose when you work, with DBS enhanced checks and ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in related fields such as Childhood Studies, Education Studies, Psychology or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with students and teachers.
• Willingness to work across primary/secondary/SEN settings and adapt to duties.

Remedy are looking for Graduates that are due to finish University and are looking for work experience in secondary/primary/SEN schools. Our Graduate Teaching Assistants come from a variety of degrees, including: Childhood Studies; Education Studies; Children, Young People and Families; Psychology; and Sport. This is because Graduate Teaching Assistants can have a range of personalities and strengths that can be very useful in this area. In this role you will work both with classes and individuals, supporting teaching in secondary classrooms. Helping to aid student understanding, you will be a valuable link between the teacher and students that may be struggling, making a real difference in the school experience of everyone involved. Further to all this, you get to choose where and when you accept assignments.
