Job summary

MHA is offering a Graduate Tax Associate role in Leicester, with hands-on learning, mentorship, and a clear path toward ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7. You’ll work on a variety of tax projects, gaining practical experience in a collaborative firm environment.

Alongside technical training, you’ll develop commercially minded skills and client-relations capabilities, preparing you to lead on tax matters after completing the programme.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree and at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects.
• Hands-on learning with mentorship and a recognised professional qualification.
• Programme aims to develop commercially minded professionals ready to lead.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax computations and returns for diverse clients.
• Research tax legislation and advise on compliance.
• Support advisory projects such as business transactions and restructuring.
• Liaise with HMRC and build client relationships.
• Study towards ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7.
