Job summary

MHA in Preston is recruiting for a Tax Associate on our Graduate Programme. You’ll join a supportive, people‑centred team and gain hands‑on experience, mentorship from experienced advisers, and a structured training path towards a professional qualification.

By the end of the programme you’ll be a commercially minded tax professional with practical experience across corporate tax computations, compliance and advisory work, while pursuing ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree and at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent).
• Ambition to work in tax and pursue professional qualifications (ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7).

Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate tax computations and returns.
• Conduct technical tax research and analyze legislation.
• Advise clients on corporate tax compliance and planning matters.
• Support tax advisory projects and transactions.
• Liaise with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Study towards ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7.
