Addition is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Recruitment Consultants within the fast-paced world of technology recruitment. This role is phone-heavy and targets-driven, offering development across candidate and client interactions, relationship-building and market knowledge.

Initial hybrid setup with office-based work four days a week. You will learn recruitment for specialist technology professionals, building skills in negotiation, sales and relationship management while working

The Opportunity

You’ll learn how to recruit specialist professionals for businesses operating across the technology sector.

This is a people-focused, phone-heavy role where persistence, communication and commercial awareness are essential.
