The Opportunity

You’ll be introduced to the recruitment process, learning how businesses identify and hire talent and how recruitment consultants build successful relationships with candidates and clients.

From communicating with professionals to coordinating interviews and managing recruitment activity, you'll gain experience across different aspects of a commercial recruitment business.

The role offers the opportunity to develop your confidence, strengthen your communication skills and work towards targets that provide a clear measure of progress.
