About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join our client's growing Sustainability team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for sustainable building design and performance, particularly within the framework of BREEAM certification.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and delivery of BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post-construction stages.
Liaise with design teams, contractors, and clients to gather evidence and ensure sustainability targets are met.
Support in the preparation of BREEAM documentation, reports, and submissions to BRE.
Stay up to date with changes in environmental legislation and BREEAM requirements.
Conduct sustainability research and contribute to environmental impact strategies.
Participate in site visits and meetings to monitor and advise on sustainability compliance.
Work collaboratively with other sustainability disciplines such as energy modelling, embodied carbon analysis, and circular economy principles.Requirements:

A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong interest or academic background in sustainable construction and environmental assessment methodologies.
Familiarity with BREEAM or similar sustainability assessment frameworks (e.g., LEED, WELL, HQM).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
