Beach Baker Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Surveyor for a reputable property consultancy in Bristol. You will start in the Valuation team, gaining hands-on experience across commercial property while working with Chartered Surveyors.

Structured APC support will help you progress toward Chartered status, with early responsibility and client exposure, plus training from experienced surveyors and a clear path for long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Real Estate or property-related graduates welcomed.
• Candidates working toward the RICS APC encouraged.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills required.
• Genuine interest in commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property valuations.
• Carry out property inspections and market research.
• Collect and analyse comparable evidence and data.
• Prepare reports for clients and live instructions.
• Engage with clients and support across surveying activities.
