Job summary

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join the Valuation and Restructuring team in Manchester. This 24-month programme offers exposure to property valuation, restructuring advisory services, and APC training toward MRICS accreditation.

The role provides real-world project experience with banks, investors, and corporate clients, supporting complex cases and aiming for MRICS status upon completion of APC.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related RICS-accredited discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with good report-writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Commitment to completing the APC and achieving MRICS status.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property valuations for loan security, recovery and restructuring.
• Support senior surveyors and directors in inspections, research and report writing.
• Contribute to advisory projects for lenders, administrators and receivers in distressed real estate assets.
• Analyse property data, market trends and financial information to support valuations and recommendations.
• Assist with property disposals and asset management strategies arising from insolvency cases.
• Participate actively in APC training and log experience towards MRICS.
