Job summary

Newmark’s Glasgow team offers a two-year graduate real estate programme designed to kickstart your career in commercial real estate. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplined teams, work with senior professionals, and develop the skills needed to qualify for MRICS through the APC route.

The programme includes a 2.5-year option to complete an MRICS-accredited MSc with the University of the Built Environment, with mentoring, rotations, and exposure to live deals in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Ambition and drive to excel, with a clear commitment to working towards RICS APC qualification
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with data, financial models, and market research
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Commercial curiosity - interest in Glasgow and Scottish Real Estate market
• Initiative and accountability - confidence to take ownership of tasks while knowing when to seek guidance
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills across teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Gain hand-on experience across multiple teams within the Glasgow office and regional Scotland network
• Contribute to live deals and market analysis while progressing toward MRICS qualification via the APC route
• Work with senior professionals, receive mentoring, and rotate across disciplines to build technical capability
• Support the growth of the Glasgow office within Newmark's UK national network
