Bidwells in Oxford is seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our Business Space Agency (BSA) team. You will gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio, supporting marketing, reports, and negotiations while working toward RICS Chartered status.

You’ll join a two-year graduate development program, with the chance to build relationships with investors, developers and occupiers across Oxford and surroundings. Training and mentorship are provided.

Formación

• RICS-accredited degree (2:1 or higher).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous work experience in the property sector or customer-facing role.
• Understanding of land and property matters, including RICS APC competencies.
• Strong report-writing and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support marketing of properties, including updating listings and coordinating materials.
• Prepare marketing reports, property schedules and client documentation.
• Handle applicant enquiries and manage follow-up communications.
• Accompany qualified surveyors on property inspections, measurements and viewings.
• Assist with negotiations under guidance of qualified surveyors.
• Attend client meetings and provide admin support to the surveying team.
