Our Investment Property Management (IPM) team delivers tailored asset and property management solutions to clients across the UK, and we’re now looking for a dynamic and driven graduate to join us in our Uxbridge office.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience within a market-leading real estate services firm. You will support a Director in the IPM team on a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic management of investment assets.
Conduct regular site inspections across managed properties
Attend client and tenant meetings, supporting strong working relationships
Assist in preparing client reporting and management packs
Receive and process tenant applications efficiently
Contribute to the drafting and reconciliation of service charge budgets
Support the credit control process and liaise with internal finance teams
Collaborate closely with facility and building managers to ensure seamless service delivery
A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree in property, real estate, or a related field
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A genuine interest in property management and investment real estate
