Our Investment Property Management (IPM) team delivers tailored asset and property management solutions to clients across the UK, and we’re now looking for a dynamic and driven graduate to join us in our Uxbridge office.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience within a market-leading real estate services firm. You will support a Director in the IPM team on a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic management of investment assets.

Job Description
  • Conduct regular site inspections across managed properties

  • Attend client and tenant meetings, supporting strong working relationships

  • Assist in preparing client reporting and management packs

  • Receive and process tenant applications efficiently

  • Contribute to the drafting and reconciliation of service charge budgets

  • Support the credit control process and liaise with internal finance teams

  • Collaborate closely with facility and building managers to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
  • A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree in property, real estate, or a related field

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • A genuine interest in property management and investment real estate
