Your new role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Surveyor to join a forward-thinking local authority in the West Midlands on a hybrid working basis. This role offers a blend of office-based work and property inspections, with two days per week spent out in the field and the remainder at the Roway Lane office.You will be involved in a variety of surveying tasks including mapping property boundaries using CAD, measuring and drawing on maps, reviewing land registry data, and responding to email enquiries related to property inspections and mapping. You'll also be responsible for writing reports, supporting Right to Buy sales, and drawing up plans for property layouts.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of CAD and experience in one or more of the following areas: Right to Buy, boundary disputes, land use constraints, or asset management and capital investment. However, training will be provided for candidates who have partial experience and a willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
You must have a full UK driving license.
