Job description

Kenningham Retail are looking to employ a graduate who is highly motivated and enthusiastic about joining our dynamic growing team.

The role will involve:

·Conducting inspections of retail, restaurant and leisure properties.

·Advising a range of clients, both landlords and tenants.

·Direct negotiation on leasing of the very best retail shops in Central London.

·Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, reports and presentations.

·Maintaining accurate records and databases of property information.

With a 100% APC pass rate we offer full support on the graduate scheme to becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor along with access to a network of events and courses.

Role Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a successful career in retail and leisure property.

We are seeking someone with a real passion for property with the following attributes:

·A confident and highly motivated team player with a passion to develop.

·Good interpersonal skills which will be utilised in face-to-face landlord and retailer meetings.

·An organised, diligent individual with excellent time management skills.

·Strong IT skills, especially proficient in Office 365 products.

·Formal qualifications orRICS accredited and non-cognate degrees are welcome. For non-cognates, you must demonstrate a desire to work in commercial property.
