Today, we operate from 11 branches across Essex and Suffolk in high profile central locations with ambitions to grow the business.

After a successful period of growth, Fenn Wright are looking to grow our commercial offering in South Essex with the addition of a Graduate Surveyor to the well established Commercial Agency team based in the area.

Typical day to day work will be conducting viewings, meeting with clients, pitching for property instructions, preparing sales/lettings particulars and other documents.

This role is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and would be based between offices in South Essex.

The successful candidate will hold a RICS accredited degree, full clean driving licence, ideally with some practical experience, although not essential.

The position offers an exposure to a wide variety of work types and full support through the APC, with access to our in house APC academy, and in house APC assessor advice.

The candidate will be encouraged to develop other areas of their expertise which interest them. These might include Landlord & Tenant negotiations (Rent Review and Lease Renewal), Valuation, Development consultancy.
