A leading consultancy specializing in Digital solutions is seeking a Graduate Support Consultant in Reading. This role focuses on delivering customer-centric support while troubleshooting advanced issues across Microsoft environments. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in IT or a related field and be passionate about technology. The position offers hybrid working and development opportunities.
Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Support Consultant to join our team providing support and consultative services to a wide variety of clients and internal communities.
The successful candidate will be delivering customer-centric support demonstrating technological expertise whilst communicating effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority. Duties will also include growing and sharing within the team, supporting our Service Desk colleagues and being involved in pre-sales activities.
This role will be situated within our Managed Services capability, but the successful candidate will be given opportunities to work with FSP’s other technical capabilities, allowing you to gain a variety of technical skills and experiences.
